The Field Services Lead completes tasks and assignments as assigned by the Field Service Manager.
Responsible for tasks and assignments as assigned by the Field Service Manager. Accountable to the Field Service Manager for completion of delegated activities, proper documentation, and processes as assigned.

FIELD TASKS:
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools; test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices to ensure compatibility and safety of system; diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem ; connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components; inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes ; advise management on all hazardous, non-safe, or poor quality standards or situations resulting in poor quality, poor customer service, or unsafe environment.
As Lead, you will have additional responsibilities such as but not limited to: organize jobs at job sights, customer relations, following the scope of work, keeping truck and trailers stock with supplies needed to complete jobs, maintain reports and supplies used to bill jobs, timekeeping for field service team members, making sure job site signs off on time for job performed before leaving the job sight.
