Responsibilities and Duties:

Ensure excellent guest service is provided by all team members

Maintain product quality standards

Maintain high standards of store cleanliness

Monitor sales and labor issues on a daily basis with a goal to maximize profitability without sacrificing customer service

Perform any other duties deemed necessary

Good communication and organization skills

Exerts high degree of energy and drive to meet customer demands

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Capable of making quick and appropriate decisions

Strong reasoning and problem solving skills

Ability to multi task with projects and staff

Ability to manage time effectively

Walking and standing for the entire shift

Able to lift and carry objects as and when necessary

Work varied hours/days based on business needs, including weekends and holidays
